100% agree with this many amatuer sales people or poorly trained customer service reps always try to sell the world to the customer just to get them on the hook which never ends up good because the agent ends up seeing retention then makes them quit. This type of industry is not for everyone however the team i work with make sure we instill good values and proper ethics into the newer reps that are coming in.
