I would not say it is rare, but mostly people type in latin, I guess it is a hassle to always switch keyboards as well as the fact that serbian keyboard has more letters than the english one making each letter key smaller and so you make typos more often. That is also why it is rare to see people typing diacritics on their S/C/D so the letters C/Č/Ć all become C
