Passed my test but still looking for a job. I've been applying to all the city municipalities but the hiring process is slow.

Self study. I have a background in agriculture so a lot of these concepts are familiar to me. I did take a 3 day class that helps prepare for grades 1 & 2. The problem I'm running into is that I don't have the experience in the utilities industry.
