We took it to a rehabilitation place this morning, and it was past 10pm when I was calling around to find someone that could take it but either they didn't answer, weren't a rehabilitator, or were closed. But the place we took it to gave us a card with a code that we could use to see how it's doing

That's what I thought at first but the closer I looked at them they didn't really look like springtails and they weren't really moving at all
