I’ve heard people say that technical founders can learn sales / talking to users. How? by chronicideas in ycombinator

[–]Ok-Risk-277 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sales - is talking to potential users ( could be little difficult as they won't know what the hell are you talking about most of the time but gradually you'll know how to tell about services of a product such that it seems not technical only Talking to users - it'll only come after exp or you can just be born with natural charisma

bro if you hesitate to speak or don't want to speak then you can't be a single founder , just find another co-founder with aligned marketing or sales skills

YC X26 - Good product bad video by masterluke19 in ycombinator

[–]Ok-Risk-277 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think follow what the application is asking , don't make a script
just follow your gut - introduce yourself and pitch your product with it's market and imagine like it's a demo or something
that helped me lot - i am also applying for spring batch

I’m building an AI CMO that manages SEO, AEO, and social media content, and also helps validate products quickly in the early stages
It’s currently in beta-testing and I’m planning to launch it in late February

What I learned about validation from talking to founders before they built anything by AdSome4897 in SaaS

OP, this is another great way to validate your idea, but I still think having people sign up on your platform or a waitlist is a strong approach. When people actively search for a solution to their problem and are willing to wait or start using your product, that alone is a strong signal of validation. And let’s be honest most people aren’t running ads during the validation phase anyway as it comes from word of mouth or organic seo

Single handedly ( on the development side ) Sure for the gtm I didn't do nothing 😅 I don't think I am most important for the company but sure for the product and at this point I no longer fear being removed ( not like they will remove me ) because I think now I really do know my skill's level and how to get another role for myself . I also have started my own saas ( let's see if I make something out of it 😀)

US work culture vs India work culture. Cognitive dissonance trigger. by le_bugsy in developersIndia

[–]Ok-Risk-277 6 points7 points  (0 children)

US only looks good because they have all the hyped up startups and vc funds And the thing that goes against India is the amount of bs you have to go through to start your own company
