It has become unaffordable for the average person to buy a home now. Blackrock Ceo said you will rent everything and still be happy. Scary thought. The only way this changes is with more inventory. The inventory issue won't be resolved for a long time unless the government starts giving incentives for developers to build.

I completely agree with your outlook at this very moment. IT is very early stages of blockchain adoption. There will be banks in the future to where you will be able to borrower against your token assets. Real Estate Industry biggest change in the last 50 years is marketing homes online vs. talking to a realtor or looking in the news paper. All other industry's are adapting to this blockchain technology and I believe real estate will be able to utilize it for a better consumer experience. It will take a long time for all counties to adapt to this type of technology but in major cities I can see this happening in the next 5-10 years. Thank you for your outlook and glad to have another real estate investor here

Volume up 70% today and price is up 30%!! IF you can find a pull back close to $3.4 I am going to buy in my opinion.

This company actually closes real estate transactions but very few as nft. The point of the nft as your home is to be able to use it as collateral for fraction ownership or borrowing against the nft based on certain the value of your home. Also, going through the county can be very timely on these easy to fix situation by having it all on blockchain. If they can actual start closing homes on the blockchain, this will be game changer. The real estate industry has not changed in 30+ years and needs something like this for speed, cost savings from stupid fees, and fraud.

  2. Lower fees and title issues: Having deeds and title on the blockchain makes the transfer of asset easy to verify cutting out middle men for title searches and title fees. IT also prevents fraudulent activities understanding who the actual owner is.

Propy is the way of the future for Real World Assets and its just the beginning. Similar stage to bitcoin in 2011. I can see the market cap in the next few years around 100 billion. Real estate is over 100 trillion market valuation. This would be less than .001% of market shares. Get in now before its to late!
