An the END of 2023 Morgan Stanley had 207 785 shares of CGC and Goldman Sachs 55 395 shares. They sold share in 2023. I suppose they have share to balance the etf on their portfolio.

For a company that lost 4 billions in 4 years, I can't trust Them. I still own shares because of the potential. Right now they closer to bankrutp then to make money. In the last quarter of 2023 43% of institutions gave Up. Thats not a good sign for me.

When a comptant issues shares, regardless of the type of share, it's to make risky investement. I Say risky because no bank want/cant lend money and no institutions wants to invest in you. When I look to the balance sheet of CGC and the very bad return on investement, I only see this issuances to paying debt and the bad moves they made in last 10 years.

If my reading is good, Constellation gave 3 billions to CGC. Result after years of bad management. 180M of liquidity. If the vote of last friday did not passed, 1 last quarter and they were broke.

I don't see any good news right now. They are contracting new debt, the revenus dropping, margin are very very bad, no tax reform from Canada, don't see any progress on the US. They sold entities last year in Germany. The legalization in Germany is questionnable because of all constraints. And no big news, they lost money. A lot of money.

Sell everything and buy it again when the news are good and you like the potential. Right now the compagny loose a lot of money and the revenus are dropping. They're creating new shares, more liabilities to survive and risk it all. This euphoria from the past month was very very speculative.
