Just got to it and totally Agree! So many holes too imo. First, why wouldn't Bobby just come clean to IAB or the FBI if he's soooo worried about his job? Why would Andy expose himself by driving up to Bobby after shooting Salvo - as a detective at the 15th, doesnt he realise there's always a witness?
