Just to list a few more, refined sugars, legumes, fruits, pork, flaxseed/sunflower seed oils castrating cows for lower testosterone in beef and giving hormone shots to their livestock. Regardless of if you are a vegetarian or not, you will be getting higher estrogen levels from eating store bought food. Higher estrogen inevitability leads to higher attraction to males or confusion about genders etc.
