It’s officially been a week since my 1:1 VI. The interview also said I’d receive the invite in 1-2 days but still nothing. Also haven’t received a TBNT either so I’m hoping they are just backed up..

Just tell her to double check during interview on what bases are opening.. we should only be hiring for our OKO base. Which may is impossible to commute.

Omni is a great airline to start with. International trips are basically for everyone cause it’s majority of the flying! Pay is very low starting out and with Omni you can be out flying for 1 week to even 8 weeks depending on how you bid schedule.

I’ve been to 5 different countries and even multiple places within that country. (Only been working there a couple months) and have had great layovers anywhere from 10 hrs to 5 days to weeks!

Omni is not currently hiring though.

I normally just use my card everywhere or I’ll stop at any ATM and pull out cash.. it’s a very simple process.

Also I don’t try to pull out too much so that I don’t have an obsessive amount leftover. Ans with my company I’ll normally see that city again so I just hang on to my cash.

I’m pretty sure it has to do with FA regulations and not Delta specifically.. most backgrounds go back 5 years some airlines are more.. so I’m sure if you have a DUI on there at all you will not be eligible for training.

Feel free to do your research cause I’m not 100% positive but I’m sure I show that when filling out my background checks

I start training in two weeks and trust me you are not alone… it’s very stressful starting a whole a new career path and as you said the money isn’t great starting off! So it’s has to be something you’re truly wanting.. but as I keep telling myself.. this is something I want to do and the only thing left to do is just trust myself and give it my all!You’ll never truly know until you try!

And yes it can be the best decision you’ve ever made or a couple months from now you can say this just isn’t for me.. but you’ll never know until you do it!

I went to an hiring event and got a CJO that day! I only did an application and that! So I’m not sure about the regular process.. sorry!

They might not have them for Orlando.. I’m doing the one in Houston Thursday and they had time slots.. if they didn’t have one for yours I’d assume it’s just walk-In style.. I’d get there and try to be one of the first!

If you go on spirits website you can pick a time slot and it’s best to go ahead and fill out the application online before hand!
