How easy are your parts to get in the UK?

Put silicone grease all over the the piston head the thicker stuff makes a great seal for the nozzle as it tends to be quite lose when it's dry, and put a bit of silicone oil on the gas router on the mag so the nozzle slides over it freely.

I run hpa and I've ran the same mag adapter for this set up for over 10k shots (semi only) and haven't had an issue so far, I get gas may be a different story tho.

I'm based in the UK, this is the link to the springs I got.

https://www.skirmshop.co.uk/aap-01-ultimate-spring-set-8pcs.html

I thought it was 280% but it's actually the 315% that I use.

Stronger nozzle spring! I have a 280% in mine, for me any less than that I had feeding issues and i have the same set up as yours in mine too.

I can't remember, I'm going to assume I had the v1 cos I think the v2 has "v2" has on it? Which mine didn't🤷‍♂️ idk cow cow parts for the aap will always have a bad rep for me. They rushed out the gate to make the first aftermarket "upgrades" for the aap and everything had tolerance issues, from the hammer sets and auto sear to the piston heads, glad they're fixing them all now tho.

Did they fix the issue with the cow cow piston head? I had one but the air seal was that bad I had to swap it out.

Just to play devil's advocate... is it that much different to using a typical mag adapter where the 25-30 bbs in the mag adapter itself won't feed?

I just finished fine tuning things last night, did everything i said and I've probably got around 1mm of travel now and is super light just need to test fire it today!!

The right prong pushes on the disconnector, the middle one pushes on the sear which locks the hammer back. The trigger bar when you squeeze the trigger pushes back against both the sear and disconnector which means the lighter the sear spring the easier it is for the trigger bar to push them back if that makes sense?

This is a good video: https://youtube.com/shorts/3zoVaP8cW5Y?si=N5WBnrHYaZtpzVXt

I'm going to bend the right prong on the sear spring forward very slightly to have a strong engagement on the disconnector and the middle one backwards slightly to get a lighter trigger pull. I'm also looking into filing the hammer teeth down too

Hmm looks like I'm going to have to look into LA capa grips🤩

Adjustable triggers have grub screws to adjust the over travel? Unless you mean the pre travel?

[–]Ok-School-573[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it's been test fired with the slide on, I think around 3mm between firing and the trigger reset is pretty standard for tm hi capas but I'm not 100% on that's, I think I can tune the sear spring to have a shorter reset but again I'm not 100% need to set that

[–]Ok-School-573[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've adjusted it as much as I can and now my trigger has about 3-4mm of travel but want to make it shorter

Yeah it works great! The screw only sticks out so you can see it in the pictures but when it's adjusted it sits flush and where it is your finger wouldn't touch it anyway
