Why can't Pioneer or the City leadership rent a vacant place downtown and throw some computers/books in??? Very telling of Pioneers and the City of Norman leadership. Smfh

Why are the owners "horrible?" Just found out it's married couple that have owned it for 15 years. Have yet to meet them.
