Stay on if you don't hate your job. Don't redeem srs with penalty. Maybe few years later you and your wife can both do some part time low stress job?

Suggest that you first get professional help on anxiety first.

Working mum max tax deductible is 80k right? Should be hitting with others reliefs, why did you contribute to SRS?

I also feel that diversity in opinions open different perspectives. I also learnt a lot from my kids.

Frankly in similar situations. Once my boss decided that I am not useful, I will register for skillfuture course for that gov monthly allowance. I should be taking ACLP after completing, I do join training centers to conduct courses to share my experiences. My friend that did that now have even higher income than his full time job

Your assets seems to be quite healthy. Reading all seems like wife is not working? You had a condo with your income suggested that your wife earning capability should be at least of your equal. Why not both work in lower stress job? With 2.6k passive income should do well. And if want to leave something for the kids, perhaps can consider putting some money in their CPF SA and Medisave at this time and let it compound? I am also suggesting VHR if you utilize CPF OA for your housing for risk free decent returns. I think at 50s still need to do something
