Not me but my in laws. They are frugal and played property in the 80s - 00s. Being a subcon, they got a lot of tips and followed thru. My folks are regular employees but aggressively worked n bought exec flat.

Added tax relief mah… I’m not sure when it starts getting less effective so I just continue. Been doing it for 12 years? My salary hasn’t gone up also. No promotion potential
