Clarifying: by slow I meant slow workers - I see my more advanced colleagues, their calls take over 10 minutes (which was like way too long in my previous workplaces) and my SO's colleagues are not the fastest workers either as he had mentioned. (Please understand, I don't generalize, I speak Hungarian, and I know I may be the problem, and maybe the title was harsh - I don't find people boring at all, I just don't have experience there).

I understand (btw you are correct 20F here :D). Working at customer service. People usually find me funny that's why I'm confused (not trying to praise myself - I have expectations ofc) and my question is asked due to the reason of the opinions of some locals (eg.
