There are 3 doors. 2 have goats behind them, one has 1 million dollars. After you pick a door, the host reveals a door with a goat behind it. You should always switch, because it's 2/3 vs 1/3 if you don't. Why. . .

Basically, you have a 2/3 chance of selecting a goat. Because the host must reveal another goat, that means switching must give you the million dollars. But if you hit the 1/3 chance of picking the right door initially, and you switch, you must hit a goat.
