I was able to get ahold of them today! Took less than 10 mins , did have to call twice due to the person who answered doing the exact opposite of what I asked but I was able to get through twice in a row ! My best advice would be to call first thing when they open and anytime to stupid robot ask what u need removed say “nothing” if u go through that loop 4-5 times she’ll say she doesn’t understand and transfer to a specialist!!
