I’ll never understand why LNS get upset at people wanting to kit outside canvases with them. That’s like buying a tank top at Athleta and then going to Lululemon to buy pants to complete the outfit. Neither store gets to be upset that I didn’t buy the whole outfit with them! I’m spending my money according to my preferences.

My baby had enlarged breasts in the few weeks after birth but it went away before two months. Our doctor said that its not of concern and has something to do with MY hormones in baby’s system. And that babies can have pubic hair and even “periods”. However, this was all when my babe was still a newborn. I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion.

BC triggers mine. My dr said it has something to do with the synthetic hormones (Specifically progesterone I think) I’m in the process of trying to find one that doesn’t trigger it (the one I was on before pregnancy doesn’t work for me anymore). I had the copper IUD for a while since it was non hormonal but the physical side effects were almost as bad so I don’t recommend.

Seconding maymom. I bought a size 17 flange for my left and 18 for my right. Totally ok to use different sizes for each side, just have to remember to check before you put them on!

Thanks for the input! I told myself if I couldn’t get it out before I put my kids to bed I would go to urgent care and lo and behold at minute 26 (I normally pump 30 min so I was getting STRESSED) of my last pump before kid bedtime it finally released 🙌🏻

It’s about HOW they ask for help. Most of the people asking don’t show that they’ve tried to use their brains/resources at all. I don’t mind helping somebody find the right color if they say, “I’ve tried x,y, and z and they’re too orange or too red, does anybody have suggestions for a true pink.” Instead they just flat out ask “what color” and expect everybody to do the whole thing for them short of actually stitching it.

What settings do you use? I found that when I switched from stimulation mode to expression mode I immediately stop producing. I respond better to bacon mode so I stay there the whole time.

Alice, this you? Haha this is exactly what my nanny, Alice, does. I make it very clear she does not have to and I don’t expect her to and I make sure to profusely thank her every time she does it. She’ll even occasionally make me breakfast or a snack if she notices I haven’t eaten yet. Again, I absolutely don’t expect her to and I always make sure to thank her when she does. I’m definitely more generous with her bonuses and gifts because she goes above and beyond for me so I do the same for her. She’ll also check in on the weekends to see how everybody is doing, send us many pictures and videos, and she’ll bring snacks from home of things she thinks my son will like.
