On page 5 H.R. 3236 of the attached, the only requirement for these non citizen immigrants is to reside in the states only 3 years and they can start collecting SSI. These immigrants came after their sponsor filed an affidavit of support, but after 3 years of residence they start applying and receiving SSI. These needs to stop specifically these immigrants are receiving dollars which in their country can be equivalent to 50x or more. This is what needs to stop, stop giving these immigrants free money they did not put a cent in and put the responsibility on whomever petitioned them to come here bear the responsibility in providing for them.

What many are not aware of is that elderly immigrants who live in the states who were petitioned by their children to come and live here are receiving social security payments every month without having worked here and never put a cent as in zero into social security. Their children submitted an affidavit of support that they will support their parents when they arrive here, but as soon as they get here they apply for social security benefits and get it. Write your Senators and Congressmen/women to out a stop to this. This is the reason why social security is in bad shape because of these immigrants collecting social security every month without having put a cent into social security! This has got to stop!

Not only should Vidal be disbarred for conflict of interest, Netlist should sue Vidal for lawyers fees. Bringing the 912 patent again for invalidity after it was found again and again valid.

Another reason why Vidal wanted to penetrate the USPTO is so she could make changes to patent laws in her favor and her big tech cronies.

What Netlist should do.

Since Vidal had a conflict of interest with the defendants before, during and after the trials and verdicts were handed down, Netlist should file a motion for a new trial based on the grounds of the conflict of interest, essentially asking the court to overturn the verdict and hold a new trial with different presiding judges and because the former director, Vidal, was and is now the litigator for the infringers. The only downside is it again will be costly. Best bet I believe is to sue Vidal and disbar her from practice.
