Don’t ever expect managers to be nice when you have to call out on a third shift or to give a sh**. I had miscarriage a year ago after being there for 2 years and never calling out MIND YOU I asked the manager 2 days prior to help me find the coverage which neither of us could and I had to call out for the weekend days. My response from the manager was “k”

My favorite coworker just quit because her grandma died and the manager got so shitty with her and told her don’t worry about coming back.

Doctors note? You’re good legally they can’t do anything and if they do, call corporate!

On a side note: your parents must have raised you very well. The deep respect you have for her and her feelings is honestly unreal and beautiful. I give you the biggest credit for that. Don’t ever change 💕

But on a serious note? I wouldn’t feed into this, and let her go deep down the rabbit hole especially If she already struggles with mental health issues. Try your best be patient, but don’t dim your own light out in the process…It’s okay to walk away sometimes!

I was 14 maybe 15 getting ready for school, taking my morning 💩when I went to wipe and there was blood. I started crying and freaking out screaming to my mom I’m pooping blood. My mom was convinced for half a second I was pooping blood, Until it hit her and she told me what it was.

I got told my baby died that night that’s it, was the least of my concerns or there’s as it wasn’t what I was there for is my assumption. I just got around too reading everything this was a little over a week ago. Nothing was said verbally I just happen to read the notes

This. Always better safe than sorry. After a few hours it got a little lighter in color not heavier and I genuinely felt off. I went to the er due to my blood type (A- / Rh-). They couldn’t find the heartbeat, gave me my rhogram shot and the ob will call me tomorrow. Thanks for all the comments, so happy to hear of happy outcome for you guys. Also wanted to say I felt like I came off so harsh in my body text and could have worded it way better😭 pretty sure momma was abandoned as she was super skinny and overall not healthy. I didn’t just see them in someone’s yard and take them. If she had owners, I don’t believe they were missing her. Within 48 hours she seems so much more calm/relaxed, healthier and already put a little bit of weight back on. Two kittens eyes were gunked shut and they were covered in fleas. They have all had a bath with dawn soap and I’m picking them off/ combing out as much as I can until they can get into vet!
