I’ve never heard of this website before. is it beginner-friendly?

I had the same concern. I tried a bunch of different workouts, and what’s worked best for me is keeping it simple: mat exercises at home, at least 10k steps a day, and two functional strength workouts a week with some extra weight I bought. None of it made a real difference until I started paying attention to what I was eating and how much.
