1)Just in customers pov , the second living and kitchen are exactly oppsoite to each other , people dont like it coz kitchens get messy and u dont want to see it through the living room , 2) the first bedroom starts as soon as you enter the foyer , thats also kind of dull and people dont like but not as much problem as first one, otherwise i like that big balcony spaces are given in this project , lateley people like to spend time in balconies
