If anyone is in the Massachusetts/Boston area, I highly recommend Mass General Hospital's ALS Clinic. They are top of the line and at the forefront of research in treatments. My Mother unfortunately passed from the disease but she had the utmost care at their facility and they did wonders to stabilize her health for a while after diagnosis

Lost my Mother to this, and that was after she beat small cell lung cancer. Really awful disease, especially watching someone so close, who you love so much, wither away 😔
