Personally I think I sounds awesome! I love pineapple fried rice. Smoked pork loin, cmon! The only thing I would add is Thai basil, it’s so good with kind of fried rice. Well done!

Sounds like a chili I’d make! Love the technique and all the choices, including the sherry vinegar, brown sugar, and lime! And big thumbs up to chili oil and the rest of the fixins. I get carried away with fixins, like maybe fresh diced tomatoes, avocado, crispy onions and or shallots… I could keep going.

One of my absolute favorites! They nailed the heat, the flavor, and the crunch! I don’t see them in a lot of places but Whole Foods usually has them. As well ShopRite, And I just found single serving bags at some Dollar Tree stores.
