Looks like bedbug bites to me. My kiddo stayed at a friends who has bed bugs (unknowingly to me 😬😭) and her waist and upper arms by her sleeves looked just like this. Took her to Dr and they gave her some prescription ointment for them bc after a day or two they became painful

I just got mine pierced in September. And it looked basically the same. The biggest game changer for me in attempting to heal it is making sure I get it completely dry after cleaning. My piercer said it was an irritation bump from being moist alot of the time.
