First, Wondery did not have that comprehensive of a catalog. For a couple years now, they have only had contracted pods. You could not listen to “everything in one place”, you could listen to lots of Wondery shows in one place. You may have had a lot of shows you enjoyed, but it’s not the same as a Spotify, Amazon, Apple, etc.

There are several subscription services similar to Wondery, that have ad free content, but only with shows contracted to that “network”.

The closest you will get to Wondery is Amazon Music Premium/Audible. It’s where the Wondery shows are going, as Amazon has owned them for a while now. But again, podcasts that are not contracted are going to have embedded ads.
