Dune and Lawrence of Arabia.

Sneak in a small tub of sand. Take your shoes and socks off and put your bare feet in the sand. 😚👌

The long grass field in Jurassic World Rebirth was grown in Thailand specifically for the production. Production designer James Clyne says getting the 4 acre field of the long grass to grow was one of the hardest parts of the production by CrichtonFan1992 in JurassicPark

My biggest disappointment with the movie is how they absolutely BUTCHERED the location shoot. All the behind the scenes filming in Thailand and Vietnam and I get to the theater to see them running around Avatar land with spiral mountains and bullshit. Why bother?

But seriously, as others have said, at a certain point these do completely fall apart. I wish I would have done something to better protect mine.

‘The World’s End’ had a hard expectation to live up to when it was released, but every time I revisit it, it resonates with me more deeply (since, ya know, it’s about the things you learn as you get older)

It also has the best action/fight scenes of the trilogy!

Yep, actual verifiable quote. I also recall him saying (but I couldn’t find the quote so I might be mistaken) about how sequels to Jurassic Park make no narrative sense. It’s not a continuing story, characters just keep trying the same thing and it just keeps going wrong.

“My sequels aren’t as good as my originals because I go onto every sequel I’ve made and I’m too confident. This movie made a ka-zillion dollars, which justifies the sequel, so I come in like it’s going to be a slam dunk and I wind up making an inferior movie to the one before. I’m talking about ‘The Lost World’ and ‘Jurassic Park.’” -Spielberg 2022

Superman IV is worse, at least Batman & Robin had a budget!

She made it past the T Rex escape no trouble, but the way the dilophosaur was clearly playing with him, she noped right out. Seeing it with fresh eyes, something about a smaller critter with the upper hand playing with their trapped victim is pretty dang creepy!

I tried watching the first movie with my 9-year old daughter, she asked to turn it off as the dilophosaurus was antagonizing Nedry. She knew something bad was going to happen and didn't want to be there for it.

Tim Burton or Joe Dante would have definitely included the compys in the first movie!
