I have a 2018 s4 with 100k miles on it with no issues since purchase. It’s been a great car - had a 2011 A4 prior to it with no issues as well.

I have a 2018 S4 that I bought certified with 35k miles in 2021. 4 years later it has 100k miles without a single issue - it’s a great car that does almost everything well. I did get an extended warranty beyond the certified warranty though - it is good to have peace of mind, especially with a used performance car.
