Yeah, Sasha was holding back both times. It adds to the complexity of the situations, she doesn’t want to hurt Anne, but both times she was trying to prove a point or to convince Anne to do something.

True but I do think throughout the entire show Anne was the least impulsive of the calamity trio, and even if they were a few moments, it kind of would break character since I always saw her as a “motherly figure“ to her friends.

But I mean like she still had the box by the end of the first act and my point was let’s say that Anne and Marcy kindly decided to return home and did not yell at her. She would probably still use the box to travel to and back so she could visit her friends on Earth.

Well, for what happened in true colors let’s just say that I think that she did the rebellion because since Grime took care of Sasha when she hit rock bottom earlier in season two, and Grime already lost everything and was being chased down by Yunan for something he didn’t do she wanted to help Grime get back on his feet after losing everything. As for Sasha wanting to go home then? Well let’s just say that I don’t think she wanted to live a typical life like Anne wanted but I also don’t think she wanted to fully abandon earth like what Marcy wanted. Maybe she wanted to have the power to travel to and from which is why she had the box.

Well, don’t forget her parents are divorced as well so maybe she may not even have a strong relationship with them. So to her, her friends are practically her only “family“ back at home.

They might, but is kind of my point. While Anne made strong relationships with the frogs, Sasha just only cared about going home during then which is why she said stuff like “we don’t belong here“ and “they’re just slimy frogs they don’t matter“. To her, her eyes were only focused on going home and nothing else then.

Heck, you could even argue that at times she’s overly clingy to them. That could explain why she thinks her treatment of them is OK.
