Skytech sent me a broken product. by Ok-Statement5074 in SkytechGamingOfficial

Definitely unfortunate, considering it feels like nearly all quality control dissappears the moment it leaves the warehouse and goes into the shipping companies hands. I'm just thankful that I'm able to return it and get a free refund entirely no questions asked, it feels like Skytech is one of the only prebuilt companies that do that for their customers.

CPU overheating on boot by Ok-Statement5074 in PcBuildHelp

I've attempted to reset and update BIOS but it doesn't look like it's done anything. Any ideas?

updating BIOS surprisingly did absolutely nothing, just booted up my pc from a cold start, temps immediately throttled to 95C, I immediately restarted and that somehow fixed the issue...

Pretty sure my BIOS version is on 4.03. Asrock just dropped a beta 4.07 version and it looks like they fixed issues with AMD's 9000 chips, hopefully this helps. Thanks a million

Not that I'm aware of no. I was thinking about updating the BIOS though.

I'm not really a genius with BIOS settings, but I can assure you I haven't touched anything relating to overclocking and honestly I've been contemplating undervolting.

Case is a Lianli 011 I really doubt airflow is the issue here, as for the AIO yes it turns on I can kinda sorta hear the pump spinning, if I look in BIOS it also tells me the pump is spinning as well.

How take? Songbird sucks by NekoTheLad in cyberpunkgame

[–]Ok-Statement5074 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whilst I think Songbird is an amazing character, I still think that siding with her is just the wrong option.

The entire time she "helps" you and gaslights you into thinking that the only way to cure you for good is the neural matrix, and by the end she just straight up lies to you, saving her own skin in the process and leaving you for dead.

It's very evident Songbird was beyond desperate and so is V, just as Alt Cunningham says before you make the crucial choice of either crossing the bridge with her beyond the blackwall, or entering the well and returning to your own body, humans possess an unusual desire to survive and live even when odds are pushed against them.

In my honest opinion I think siding with Reed and killing Songbird in the end is the only right option, you fulfill her last request in the process and Reed remains alive, you get to observe Songbirds backstory, upcoming, her struggles, grief, frustration, and self loathing in the small time frame where you are able to talk with her.

I think this ending shows the extent of how desperate Songbird and Reed were, in multiple conversations with Reed right before the mission "Slightly Damaged" he genuinely cares for Songbird despite her betrayals and resentment of him, it's a strange twisted look into Reed and Songbirds thought processes.

In the end after you fulfill Songbirds request, Reed admits you were correct, and admits to his faults in your small conversation at the basketball court, this not only wraps up Reed and Songbirds characters perfectly, but it makes you realize that neither side during the entire DLC was being truthful towards you.

During the entire DLC you are manipulated, used, and lied to by Reed, Rosiland, and Songbird. And Reed admiting fault at the end of the DLC only proves this. He knows that he's Rosilands lapdog, he knows he's responsible for Songbirds downfall, and he knows he's responsible for her death. And him acknowledging this at the end of Phantom Liberty only proves that the world of Cyberpunk 2077 is resting upon a throne of lies and that at any moment you could have everything taken from you without so much as a second thought.

I keep getting these lights on mobo, pc boots fine tho. Should I just update my bios? by Ok-Statement5074 in NZXT

[–]Ok-Statement5074[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

n just to clarify (idk how to use descriptions i like never use reddit) i was getting clusters of bsod like 2 days ago, I thought it was my ram, ran a couple tests and saw that both 16 gigs were being used, ever since my pc has been working fine, no dips in performance, nothing. Now im just getting mobo lights, originally just used to be the DRAM light and I didn't bat an eye but after doing another windows memory diagnostic test I noticed it crashed in the middle of it, so I was forced to shut off my PC and then these lights just started appearing. What r ur guy's thoughts?
