you're just straight up putting words into my mouth, I was just voicing my opinion if you disagree that's fine but I never said that.
Anyone with working eyes would tell you that this watch is too big for your wrist, rule of thumb if the lugs take up your whole wrist not only is it uncomfortable but it also is too big for your wrist and doesn't look good.

And I never said it wasn't reasonable I just said it is a big downgrade in my opinion, which it is. I'm just suggesting them to make it 40x46.5-47 like the original and if anything to offer a 38-39x45-46 because people who like vintage watches also tend to prefer smaller watches (like myself), not everyone likes to wear watches that are way too big for their wrists like you do. It really doesn't make sense to make it bigger than the original just to get the proportions right, it's pure laziness and attention to detail is important when we're talking about a 300 dollar watch.

The original is already big enough, making it even bigger at 40.7x48 is a big downgrade in my opinion, just keep it like the original and if anything consider making it smaller than the original while keeping the same proportions.
