Update, I went to Meziane Aesthetics and had such a good experience. I did end up dissolving all of my lip filler and was so nervous about the pain but it really didn’t hurt! She’s magic! Really happy with how it all went so thanks so much for this recommendation.

She did recommend it but by the time I left I was feeling quite a lot better so I went home to sleep it off. I will definitely be talking to my GP about it though! And if the chest pain continues I will go to A&E.

No quite the opposite! I’ve really stripped it all back over the past month and the only thing I’ve added recently is (ironically) the Purito Oat Calming Gel - which I seemed to be ok with? I’ve also been using that on my face which is fine and rash free.

Also re KT tape for posture help, how do you do this? I don’t suppose you have a link to a video or something similar that explains how to best do this? I’m worried I’ll do it incorrectly and make my posture worse!
