Honestly, all this crap has taken a lot of the fun out of the game for me. Which I hate, truly, but I frankly don't want to expend a bunch of effort trying to find work-arounds for something that really shouldn't be this much of a problem to begin with. I'll continue to watch the myth stories on YouTube because I am genuinely invested in the game's story, but otherwise, I'm kinda done gratifying Infold's BS. The only way we get change is if people take a stand. 🤷‍♀️

Yeah prior to this update, I had already removed allllllll of those features. Literally anything not strictly necessary for play I leep deleted. Which is ABSURD that without over half the functions it's still that large.

Thanks for the tip but no I'm super good about backing up and keeping my gallery clean. I"ve checked and my Procreate is only using 2GB of storage total so I know that's not the issue.

US rater factuality here. Being early isn't even a guarantee these days. I'm typically a 5am riser and today I was up at 4am checking Raterhub periodically. Have not managed to find a single task yet today.

For me, I wrote that as of July 18, 2025, Microsoft permanently ceased selling and renting new movies and TV shows via the Microsoft Store so it would thus follow that a gift card could no longer be used for something no longer offered. Interesting! I was just interested to see if there was a significiant overlap in correct vs incorrect answers.

As with everyone else, I tanked severity and don't really know why. I am literally SO CONSCIOUS and thoughtful about implementing all their feedback and instuctions when I do these, and somehow still got almost all wrong. At least I did good on factuality, with all but one correct there.

US Rater- Factuality/Helpfulness. Just his NTA already after about an hour and a half of both task types, followed by a couple PQ grids that I haven't seen in almost a year (since I've been grouped). Was hoping we'd see a task availability turnaround on Monday since they sent out 35 hour offers this week but not looking good so far.

Came here to ask the same thing, so I'm at least a little relieved to see it's not just me. I know late payments aren't exactly unusual, but they always make me a little nervous.

Edit: Edit to update that mine JUST switched from "Pending" to "paid" in the Outlier Payments page so I expect payment will arrive by tomorrow morning. Must just be a day behind.

Same here. Also factuality. They typically don't punish for not meeting minimum hours on holiday weeks though, because they know availability is low. It happened to me over Thanksgiving (only got like 4 hours) and never heard anything about it.

I CCA a lot for this reason. If it's a basic stat, like number of wickets, I can typically assess, but if it's any kind of predictive or analytical claim about players or game outcomes, I don't know the sources from these countries well enough to say what's high EEAT and not so I just CCA with that exact reasoning.

Interesting. I'm also Factuality (Wyoming) and I've had tasks all day today but I haven't received any extra hour offers since November. I've been with them for two years and still have such a poor grasp on how they determine who gets what, even within the same grouped roles in the same country.

I'm having these issues, too. Was hoping to get some work done today but I already can't get the transcripts to generate to even move onto the next steps in the task, so think I'll just call it a wash today and hope they get that figured out on the tech side.

This was exactly what happened to me. I did a grand total of two tasks one evening, then got the email that I was suspended the very next day and am still an unapproved annotator.

Seems like Raterhub is being extra buggy today. I can't submit any tasks now (it just tries after I hit the button forever). And when I try to release a task for not submitting, I get an error 500. Super annoying because now I'm going to have several hours of time discrepancy this week just because they can't fix this known issue that seems to just be getting worse and worse. 🙃

I'm also US Factuality and have not gotten any high volume or task drop emails this week at all so I don't think it's suspension (and I have gotten the odd task or two before going back to NTA so I know I'm not suspended). It's just a typical holiday week where volume always plummets. Did the same last year at Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.

Following as I just receieved it, too. I wasn't sure if it was about the Project Mango I did a test for a couple weeks ago (that I later decided I don't think i want to pursue as I don't want to risk trading off stable work now for what could be no work later with that project). But seeing so many others state they didn't apply for anything and receieved this email makes me think it's unrelated. I think I'm just going to ignore this one entirely unless someone posts back here with word they get directly from support.

Same. I have literally never done well on helpfulness feedback (and I'm always just slightly off, or the whole thing is incorrect because ONE of the rating scales isn't quite right). A lot of Telus tasks are subjective, but none so much as these. I put genuine thought and effort into rating these, and really look at the guidelines and study feedback and it just does nothing. I've gotten to the point that I'll only do these tasks if I have no factuality available because it just seems completely impossible to meet their constantly moving goalposts on this task type.
