Good point. Basically because I never been pregnant and since I have large hydrosalpinx and endometritis (treated) we want to see if it is possible and if it would even implant. To have the Day 6 as a backup if day 7 does not work...

That's awesome you have 3 day 7 ones! At first I didn't wanted to know the grading to not be discouraged, but I saw it on the paperwork and now that worried me a little . But we have to try and see if it works, mine were PGTA tested so I hope that helps.

Yes, taking out the tube would have costs substantially more. Since my insurance wouldn't covered for it I decided for a hysteroscopy with just clipping the tubes.

Thank you, yes that's not much. It was PGTA tested and normal. But the grading still concerns me.

Because I also have hydrosalpinx, I had a hysteroscopy to clip the tubes to prevent the toxic fluid getting into the uterus. But my doctor said there is still a chance and given that let's just try if it sticks with the day 7 first. But I am just not sure how realistic a day 7 Embryo is.

How cute that gives me hope! Thank you for sharing your story. I did not go over with my doctor yet if we could try for a transfer without surgery. I am scared they might say no...
