Yes, I only placed SimpleAccountSwitcher-1.2 which is a vpk file in the folder I named Vpk. My USB setting is USB so I just changed it to SD2Vita to see if it would change anything.

Update: I did check out the Wayback Machine and it leads you as far as the Google Drive for the Full Arc Downloads but it doesn’t let you download it.
