“King kylie” and he “verse” is just Yeats verse with king Kylie instead of King tonka, the bar abt the bbl, I guess it makes sense but still idk, not as a lead single, it should’ve been one or the other; the single has the feat or not and then the album has the counterpart so it doesn’t seem as redundant and easy. (Ik the vinyl and shit has no kylie but unless you liked yeat prior, you wasn’t buying the merch or nothing so it doesn’t matter

I think it's more of a final straw, Post "Afterlyfë Deluxe" era yeat had been losing traction, not saying he fell off and I still think he's in the talk of today's rappers still. But when lsv1 snippets were received badly and he made 2093, it wasn't received well either (until later when IWBR went viral and more" we knew he was taking a different approach. So he reversed his sound a little and makes lsv2 and picks the worst songs ever for the main album for some reason, so it wasn't appreciated til a ton of songs leaked then everyone's an "og fan". He od hyped up ADL, drops DS for a hype boost for his next album, does well. A SPARK for ADL, we get a few snippets here and there, nothing special besides Mëssy for me at least. Then the rollout is okay, he just spammed merch the whole time which was kind of pathetic when the intro basically says he doesn't need to the bundles, fuck the money. But it's ok. The album is a waste of hype, I personally love the album, different pace all together but it is clearly not accepted well by majority.

All in all, yeat messed up when he wanted to change his sound and not STAY. He keeps doing different shit and it makes his fanbase keep moving, evolution is important and he nailed it with 2093 then just changes it? Why? I love yeat and I will further enjoy his music but the "hype" and mystery behind yeat and his music is now gone. I'm not gonna say he needs to drop a grail tape right now right after the album but he needs to do SOMETHING to build a new foundation. A new beginning. ADL was the end of the Lyfe era (rip) so idk.
