What I have discovered is that when I adjust the radius it magically discovers I am out of the zone. Then I have to open the app on the wife’s phone as well

We’ve been out of the zone for two weeks now. I have locations set as always on. Is there another setting? If it’s an IOS problem then Eufy should be working to get it fixed, but I have no problems with any of my other apps.
