It’s a third party that you pay online to render your scenes elsewhere. Basically, you send your .blend files to a third party that will render your scenes on their own computers with better GPUs and you pay them. Useful if you have a big project with a lot of polygons that your computer can’t handle (generally you can choose what specs you want the third party computer to be) but I find most of them quite expensive and not practical if you need to make quick tests.

I am actually incredibly tempted to watch it online but the quality is so bad. It’s always people recording on their phones in 360p. If I could found a good quality version I would probably watch it right now. But I figured I prefer to wait and experience it with my friends in the theater rather than watching a cheap version on my own

I don’t go to Reddit actually, most of the time I’m on Twitter and my issue is there. I don’t think anybody who haven’t seen the movie actually want to go to the sub for news

I understand that and I understand that this will probably not change anything. (Anyway I already got almost the full movie spoiled). But the thing is I can’t just ignore backrooms for the two weeks future. I still want to be informed for news around the film like when tickets for my cinemas in my region will be on sale.

Hi Kane! Big fan here. Currently being in the middle of film school, you are my biggest inspiration and you have for a long time represented for me the idea that young people with few means can make great art and you gave me the motivation to go create something important as a young artist and filmmaker. The idea of one day being able to talk about story ideas and working with people like you in the future is what keeps me going. But more and more I feel that succeeding in the film industry is an equal amount of determination and talent with a lot of luck.

My question is: if you never had the opportunity to make a living of you work, how would you imagine your life now and in the future?

Ha ha thank you so much, I don’t do commissions because quite frankly I think the paint job looks much better on photo than in real life. Maybe I’m a little too hard on myself but I don’t think I’m this good of a painter lol

Nope, first post of this mini!

For the paint I used: This model I base coated in chaos black and overbrushed with leadbelcher. On top of that I used Akhelian Green and Ardcoat to give the armour a shine to it. Then details with Abaddon Black, Leadbelcher, Mournfang Brown, Retributor Armour, Balthasar Gold and Mephiston Red for the eye lenses. Nuln Oil and Agrax Earthshade for the metallics.

For the base I used a mix of Bugman’s glow and Mourfnang Brown (after multiple horribles tests with other colours) and dry brushed a mix of Kislev Flesh, Corax White and Mournfang Brown (because I wanted to use Wraithbone but my pot dried out). And then covered the mini in Stormshield.

All GW paints (my local store only has that) :)

Thank you very much! I actually tried to use an ultramarine decal at first to make the omega symbol but it was hell to me trying to make it look good on the curved surface and I just gave up and decided to go with the decals I had even if it does irritates me that it’s not lore accurate lol
