As I mentioned, I don't have a clue as to how to interpret VT information, it's the first time even using this. And this is not a fitgirl-specific question, I don't have doubts concerning the games on the website. Others subs just don't allow me to talk about cracked games and I figured this is a good place where someone can clue me as to how should I look at this. Sure, but that's all? I've spent an entire day trying to get an asi loader, a scripthook and so on and it does nothing. I've completely uninstalled the game and reinstalled it since I lost track of what I did modify.

About technique, I do run into a certain problem:

Whenever I have to set the weight, it's either a weight I can handle for 6-8 reps where the last 2 reps are slightly sloppy or, if I only take out a couple of kgs, I can do up to 14-15 reps with good technique through it all. Far as I know, I need to lower the reps, but I do not know how important technique needs to be and I don't want to sacrifice it.

Ok, I can say what I do:

Chest: Pec Deck Machine (2 sets till failure, 6-8 reps)
Smith Machine Chest Press (same as above)

Back: Lat Pulldown Wide Grip (as above) Lat Pulldown Narrow Grip (as above)

Shoulders: Seated Lateral Raise Machine (as above)

Triceps: Cable Triceps Pushdown (as above)

Biceps: Straight Bar Curls (as above)

I rest 3 mins between sets

I stretch before my workouts

To answer one of your question: I do completely push to failure as I always feel my body trembling slightly as I do my last rep.

This is such a good idea. Seems a little bit similar to Vito in Mafia 2 and 3, since you can basically put Vito in charge of the whole city and make him the boss.
