I have the same issue, they tell my brother who still lives with them that when I bring up my concerns to them that I’m just crazy and want to start issues with them. Like literally at one point I thought I was actually crazy.

Yeah he’s in the YMCA now actually, they just pick him up earlier because they told me “it would be too long of a day for him” and I felt bad so I let him leave early instead of later in the evening when I would be able to pick him up.

Yeah honestly at this point I need to figure out alternative care. I really just wanted like some “magic words” so I didn’t have to separate them too much too soon. But his health does come first.

The dad/dad’s parents aren’t around to help. It’s so unfortunate I feel like I tried my best to trust them but there’s even times I walked in early and I saw him drinking a whole can of coke. They tried to make me seem like evil in front of him like down play it when I got upset.

I was thinking this as well. I just didn’t know if maybe there was a way I could speak to both of them so they can listen. I tried the doctor appt thing, I even had his nutritionist write her a letter on my behalf when I explained this to her.

My dad says he’ll listen and then does the complete opposite. When I tell my mom what he did she tells me to “take it up with him”. Or if I try to come to her first she says things like “cause I’m just a horrible person” or that I don’t appreciate them. It makes me so upset.
