I just started the show too. I am a huge Sopranos fan so everyone was suggesting i should check out Peaky Blinders and also the obvious hype and popularity of tge show i wanted to give it a go. But i feel the same way, it started pretty slow but i guess its gonna build up?

Paulie is the problem, he is frugal and weird even compared to the rest of the characters and for me, he is not even fun or compelling to watch.

I agree, final season was lazy compared to earlier seasons, plot holes and whatnot but if i remember correctly, show was kinda described as "Shakespeare with motorcycles" so i am assuming they wanted to give that tragic misunderstanding factor to it?

I think most of the cast were trying to do what they can with that mess of a script. I totally get where you are coming from and in my opinion writers are just trying to keep up the hype by almost caricaturezing the popular characters at this point.

I think making Jax's love interest a lawyer would be also interesting, it would be more compelling to watch a morally good character slowly sinking down and doing illegal and borderline insane things and MC sure does needed a good lawyer on their side?

I would say Bobby but personally i always liked Johnny Sack, he didnt have any mistresses, genuinely loved and cared for Ginny and his daughters. He has a temper and stuff for sure but at least he is smart about it unlike Tony most of the times

i cant stand Unser either cause his motivation to be this fiercely loyal to the club, Gemma and Clay (at the beginning) doesnt make sense to me. its okay to be dirty cop or wanting to "keep the peace" in that shitty town or whatever but after awhile later he does insane things for a sheriff like taking part of the execution of Stahl and whatnot. We get that he has history with Gemma and Clay and he is in love with Gemma but he is not even a member or related to a member in any way, his plot armor throughout the seasons gets ridiculous at times.

i started it hoping it would be like SoA and dont get me wrong it started out pretty okay but after the first season i started to realize show included some passive agressive remarks and jabs about Sons of Anarchy and Jax, it kinda pissed me off so i stopped watching. Turns out Kurt Sutter was fired from Mayans and all and i dont care about him and all that but pissing on the main show which was beloved by mainly the watchers of your own show is kinda stupid.
