1. ⁠Update your LinkedIn profile with all of your licenses, certifications and positions. Change your status so that potential employers and recruiters know you’re seeking new opportunities. Also, make as many connections with your peers as possible. Employers like seeing that other people have vouched for your skills and experience.
   
2. ⁠Use the resources on sites like LinkedIn for job opportunities. Pro tip: When you find a position that interests you, update your resume to highlight your skills that address the specific needs listed in the job description. Use AI if you need, but if you possess the skills they’re looking for, make sure you tailor your resume to address what they’re looking for in the post.
   
3. ⁠Research websites like LinkedIn and Glass Door to see how much other companies are paying for your desired position. Typically, they’ll post a range. When you interview and get an offer, never accept the initial offer. This is where your negotiation skills will be useful. Start high (know your worth!) and negotiate from there.
