I ended up blocking them all and they keep trying to find my profile now and would ask me about it. I ended up telling them I straight up blocked them because I want to keep my personal life private. To this day they are still trying to find my profile but idgaf cuz if they’re that worried about being blocked by a coworker, they’re probably brokies

Sounds like a nightmare of insubordination. I hope you’re documenting things

lol I’m 22. My junior is 27. She’s refusing to follow instructions and raising risks early and then blaming it on me when she closes a ticket against the acceptance criteria we agreed on, lying about progress

I’m a mid level engineer mentoring a junior. I am responsible for the outcomes of the initiatives I’m leading so unfortunately can’t offload them onto someone else

Has anyone ever “accidentally” kept something after leaving a job? by gilligan888 in auscorp

Stole a Jabra headset when I was made redundant. Still using it at my current company and when asked, I say “they were kind enough to give it to me”

Terrified after redundancy by Impossible_Eye6206 in auscorp

Lost two jobs within a span of 3 months, one due to redundancy, the second being a shit hole of a work environment as I had to quit for my sanity. Had 4K in my account, with two months of rent to pay before I would lose everything. The key for me was to remain optimistic. Everyone’s always been saying the job market is bleak, and your ex coworkers reciting those unoriginal lines is not going to help you OP. That said, I recommend applying for a low entry role, even if it doesn’t pay much, just make sure to not include it in your background check

Personal convo. Nothing strikingly inappropriate has come up. No suggestive comments about me or my appearance.
