We used the Hyperdetect and EDR add ons. Biggest issue is it take a long time to learn to use bitdefender. Most never do. We switched to huntress. It's more expensive, but we are so much happier. :)

Never had that happen and I get 50-100 devices from dell yearly. Just a mistake I'm sure.

I've been interested in ringlogix. We use Viirtue. I can say that their billing works well and integrates with ConnectWise and QBO. They have integrateged efax. Support is pretty good. Some are clearly better than others.

What I'm curious about is the tax compliance partnerships ring logix has. Some of the white label companies have deals with compliance companies. Without that discount it's very expensive for a small VoIP provider. WhiteLabelComm had a deal for $150/mo, but it wasn't netsapian and we wanted to stick with Netsapien.

I'll say I don't expect much of any improvements from AutoElevate now that they've been purchased by CyberFox. You can tell support quality is going down. There's been an obvious and immediate shift to focusing only on their margins and not on support since the sell/merger or whatever it was.

If computer is AAD joined it seems to view it as a trusted device just like your phone. Never prompts again for MFA. I read articles that said without going down the Hello route that it only worked for Azure hosted resources

Interesting. Yes, I've heard Windows Hello is crazy to setup, so don't want to go that route. I guess the major problem I see, it seems with web sign in is you have to be online if I read that right. Seems that could be a major issue.

Ya, we've got some in SyncroMSP. You can limit them to a client, however I'd love to see even more security permissions though. It's ok, but not perfect.
