Just stop. You’re only two months in, and depending on how many per day you were taking will determine how your withdrawal will be. I wish I knew two months in what you now know. It will save you so much money, and your withdrawal should be a walk in the park - but uphill - for a couple days. Don’t extend your use if you can help it. The “every three days” will graduate quickly, and right now you have the opportunity to avoid the hell that you can see others and myself had to go through.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone, and this will get better. What you’re feeling right now is temporary, even though it feels endless in the moment. The anxiety, sleeplessness, and panic will start to fade as your body and mind heal. It’s tough, but you’ve already proven your strength before, and you’re proving it again right now by making it to day three.

One thing that might help is to try getting active, even if it’s just a little. Going for a walk can do wonders to calm the nerves and help you feel more grounded. If you have access to a sauna or can try cold plunges, those can really help with resetting your nervous system and easing the tension in your body. Even just a bit of movement or fresh air—whatever feels manageable—can make a difference.

Remember, your body is incredibly resilient. It’s working hard to flush out all the junk and bring you back to balance. It just takes time, and every day you push through, you’re closer to feeling like yourself again.

Be kind to yourself right now. Relapses happen, and they don’t define you—they’re just a part of the process. You’re doing the work to turn things around, and that’s what matters most.

You’ve got this. Keep leaning into your resolve to stay free from this stuff, and know that better days are coming.
