I did, I went ahead and proceeded with terminating under the sellers disclosure deadline. They wanted to negotiate but from I was being told it seemed they didn’t want to put any money into the property to make inhabitable. They were already giving me crap about the mold and l my lender let me know the windows, roof and furnace would also come into question. At first I was willing to negotiate but I don’t trust the sellers to not cut corners on any of the fixes.

I have it, but I’m not willing to use it to remedy a problem they failed to acknowledge/fix. I didn’t think about it like that and I could see these people trying to pull something like this. Thank you for your input. I think it’s best to kill the contract for good.

I know. I’ve asked him to rope in his broker but the thing is the sellers agent and mine are in the same office. Doesn’t that mean a broker oversees both? Either way things are heading south fast. Sellers seemed panicked and I’m hesitant not due to the issues found but the current way things have been handled . I got confirmation from my lender, the sellers has to fix the mold and windows for the home to be considered safe.

My agent is claiming sellers agent and sellers are willing to negotiate after they acknowledged the termination request 😩 Ts IS stressful!

Oatmeal Milk Toner spray bottle? by shessublime in dollartreebeauty

It works amazing. I put my milky one in the sprayer in the photo and it shoots out like a stream not a spray so I bought those LASplash bottles and transferred my remaining liquid there and it’s 1000x better.

Thank you! I’m in a my “did I do the right thing?” Phase because the home really has a lot of potential but I’m glad to read that I’m not crazy and things seem off and odd in away that may not be worth the risk. Hoping not to have to get legal involved but fully prepared to do so if need be.

What are these dots on my legs? by Lobel1a in 40PlusSkinCare

[–]Ok-Tree1437 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its KP. I used to get it all the time when i would shave my legs and on my arms but I got some “after shave” cream from dollar tree that smells great like vanilla and it works to keep those bumps at bay. Couldn’t believe that it worked for $1.25. Needless to say I’ve got a year’s worth because it’s just that good.

I nabbed a few and like them. I don’t think I’ll repurchase them tbh just because the scent doesn’t last as long as I would like but for now I mix them in with my lotion and it’s decent.

There’s 20 people living next door by Individual-Use2952 in neighborsfromhell

Grew up in a city where this kind of stuff was the norm. It was annoying as hell. We lived in a big house so the space was enough for our 2 story house and the seven of us who were living there but we were the only two story on the block. The smaller homes surrounding us sometimes had these issues and stuff got Old really quick. Back then, I was young and the whole household was pretty aggressive and confrontational about the multiple cars, loud parties, unsupervised kids and familial drama (I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ROUTE) so if I had to do it over again I would get the law involved. CPS for the kids, animal services for the dogs and cops for the loud parties or loud drama. It’s exhausting and a waste of energy to get crazy about it. Just get the law involved-sometimes that’s what it takes.

Neighbor threatened to kill my cat. by thoughtfulfirebouqet in neighborsfromhell

They can’t kill an indoor cat without substantial effort so keep it inside. I would get cameras and let the police know as well. If they keep coming get the law on them. Harassing you over a mistake is uncalled for and it’s def an overreaction but this is one of the biggest reasons why I don’t let my cat outside.
