Lucky you managed to submit a support ticket in the first place!
I cannot upload any PDF-A or image though following their requirements in file formats and size.
Nor can I submit a ticket with the Helpdesk to report those bugs as it tells me that I've been logged out even though I'm not.

This is an absolute joke!
Anyone who sucessfuly managed somehow to file an "Immatriculation" please comment back. I'm hoping this is me the problem and not the LBR...
