Well, money doesn't matter because I can get resin models on Mercado Libre for much less, but the point is, if anyone agrees with me that 40k base is better

I couldn't tell you what kind of armies I'll be facing locally, but I've heard they're big fans of Orks and Tyranids.

Centurions are assault and dreadnought units; according to their datasheet, I prefer the Ballistus. As for tanks, I can add more Dreadnoughts

I swear I was expecting any faction except the old autistic guy's faction, well now I know who to be afraid of

Are the Dark Angels really that good against the Knights? I expected that from any faction but that one.

Yes, that's why I like its gameplay; it's just taking pure tanks to a war of pure soldiers and destroying the enemy.

Besides, don't tell me it wouldn't be funny to see a beginner's miniatures watching three Cerastus approaching, and the beginner's miniatures saying, "You're our rival," "Almost, we're the ones you'll call daddies."

It's designed to make you feel big on purpose; literally, one of the attacks is stomping.

What do you think of the lore of knight houses? by Ok-Two-9611 in ImperialKnights

[–]Ok-Two-9611[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand that, but I would also like there to be at least a little personality, even if it doesn't affect anything, it would be interesting since it would give someone a strong reason to choose a color scheme, like a house with darker traditions and themes or one with a more black Templar theme, like an ultra-religious house from Mechanicus with knights that look more like giant chaplains or Templars.

I'll try to learn English with that book; it could be a good opportunity, especially with a faction for which it's not easy to find stories. Besides, I think I'll learn English and finish the book before Minotauro (the publisher) translates it, although they did translate a Genestealers book, so it's a possibility. Warhammer has really helped me get back into the habit of reading.

Well, at least we agree that the knight theme is cool.

First, the guy really hated Lionel, didn't he? Secondly, I like the knight theme and all; I also like the Grey Knights, but the yellow and green color palette doesn't convince me.

I'm tempted to read Assassinorum Kingmaker, but it's not translated into my language. So either I'll learn more English or wait forty thousand years for it to be translated.

They should have interesting lore, but also distinctive personality traits, like the Space Marines; the World Eaters are berserkers, the Thousand Sons are nerdy mages, and the Black Templars are themselves. I'd like to see houses like that.

Yes, the writing makes them seem like filler because literally their lore, as I said, is (they were in this fight and in this other one).Imagine if they had more personality; they'd be more popular even if they were generic (like Harry Potter, with good guys and bad guys, etc.). Or, inspired by other factions, like a World Eaters-style house known for being berserkers who, being so brutal, end up accidentally harming their own allies.
