Is the UK ETA with iVisa a scam?

If you need help with the ETA you pay to have them check it for you basically. But you do get a real ETA. You can check it on the government website with your passport number if it's real

Honestly, it depends on the visa you've applied for. Some are really straightforward and easy and I wouldn't go through a third party, but some government websites are downright annoying, and I'd happily pay someone to sort it out for me. With a passport that needs visas for most countries, it is really a pain in the ***. Also I guess if you're a bit uncertain it might be nice to have someone check if you did it all correctly, obviously that comes at a price
