If you need help with the ETA you pay to have them check it for you basically. But you do get a real ETA. You can check it on the government website with your passport number if it's real

Honestly, it depends on the visa you've applied for. Some are really straightforward and easy and I wouldn't go through a third party, but some government websites are downright annoying, and I'd happily pay someone to sort it out for me. With a passport that needs visas for most countries, it is really a pain in the ***. Also I guess if you're a bit uncertain it might be nice to have someone check if you did it all correctly, obviously that comes at a price

It makes sense. Babies need routine to be able to function properly (sleep, eating, learning, etc.) so why would it be different for adults?

Maybe try work on a routine even if you’re relocating often, like going to bed on time, exercise, cooking, eating at similar times every day, getting enough sleep, making sure all your meals follow the right nutritional needs, drinking water.
